Needs Analysis/Project Specification

At this initial meeting we’ll define the scope of the project by clarifying your specific requirements. We’ll confirm how you want the system set up and how you intend to use it. This will then form the basis of the project to be implemented.

System Design/Build

We work closely with your key personnel to design your database so that the screen includes all the particular fields you will require.

Data Transfer/Migration

We take your existing data and move it across to the new system. We’ll minimize any downtime by handling the data conversion and merges, where possible, over the weekend.

Installation and Configuration

We will assist and advise on how best to comlete the installation and configuration.

Training

Training can be structured to suit your specific requirements. For best results we recommend that training is based upon your company structure, using a sample of your company data. We can, however, supply a generic database for training purposes if required.

Introductory
All users should be trained up to this basic level to ensure that the system is used correctly and effectively. Standard company procedures are built into the training from day one to ensure that data input is handled correctly and that users get the most out of the system.

Administrator
Administrators should receive additional training so they can look after the system. This is recommended for key members of staff who will be responsible for the control of the system and the information within it.

Advanced
Advanced training covers more sophisticated functionality and is recommended once users have mastered the basics and are confident using the system.

After Care Support Visits

We offer After Sales Support of your system, allocating additional time that you can use as required. This is frequently used for additional training, additional modifications to the database or for general help with an existing system. These days are specifically structured to meet your individual needs. These may be full technical days which involve installing new software as your system grows, and setting up any additional configuration. Or alternatively the day may be made up of various smaller tasks, such as one-to-one training, or territory realignment for remote users.
