They have been a key partner and integral part of our expansion with Act! from version 5 to one of the latest versions. We now have 22 users, 4 of which are remote sales staff covering the whole of the UK supported by Bracken Williams.

Many successful upgrades have been implemented with their strategic leadership. They have also written and installed a link for our American quotation software Fabitrax within Act! at a very reasonable cost.

The ACT database makes sure we can do that efficiently and effectively - it has now become an essential part of our sales process. With a team of field-based sales and telesales staff it is critical for sharing information and making sure that sales leads are followed through from the initial enquiry to our shredding truck turning up at the customer’s site.
